Shipping policy

To receive your order by Christmas, order by the following dates:

Dec. 10, 2020, for APO/FPO/Guam. Select standard shipping.

Dec. 15, 2020, for the United States and Puerto Rico. Select standard shipping. Orders shipped using economy shipping are not guaranteed for delivery by Christmas even if placed on or before the order deadline.

If you order by the above deadlines, using the recommended shipping method, we can guarantee your package will leave our distribution center in time to make it to you by Christmas. Please note that we set these dates based on typical delivery times reported to us by postal carriers. Scentsy can’t be responsible for weather, carrier issues or other delays beyond our control.

Ordering early is always your best bet! We will continue to ship any orders placed after the deadline, but we cannot guarantee they will be shipped in time for Christmas.

Orders* shipped to a location within the contiguous United States:

1. With a retail value of $.01 - $79.99, shipping will be $8.00.

2. With a retail value of $80.00 - $199.99, shipping will be 10 percent of the product total.

3. With a retail value of $200 or more, shipping will be FREE.

 

*For orders attached to an online party shipped to a location within the contiguous United States with a retail value of $.01 - $79.99, shipping will be $8.00; for orders with a retail value of $80.00 or more, shipping will be 10 percent of the product total.

Orders* shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, or Puerto Rico:

1. With a retail value of $.01 - $49.99, shipping will be $10.00.

2. With a retail value of $50.00 - $199.99, shipping will be 20 percent of the product total.

3. With a retail value of $200 or more, shipping will be 10 percent of the product total.
